This Refund Policy explains our procedures regarding refunds for mobile recharges processed through Bharat Recharge Commission.

Mobile recharges are typically instant and non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases, refunds may be possible under the following circumstances:

- Recharge failed but amount was deducted from your account
- Recharge was applied to wrong mobile number due to system error
- Duplicate transaction for same recharge
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Recharge successful but user provided wrong mobile number
- User changed mind after successful recharge
- Operator service issues after successful recharge
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact support within 48 hours of transaction
- Provide transaction details and reason for refund
- We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
6. Commission Adjustment
For refunded transactions, any earned commission will be deducted from your account balance.
